What We Do
The STEAMsport educational pipeline covers program activities at the elementary level and progresses to post-secondary education. Our teachers are trained professionals providing hands-on instruction in a fun learning environment to inspire and challenge students. Classes are designed to be student-centered to maximize learning opportunities. Classes take place virtually and in a face to face settings.
Our program model is strategically built on taking classes to the students. The decision to meet students where they are stems from the reality that transportation is often a barrier for students in our primary population. We also recognize that families sometimes need additional support. Hence, we provide educational and family support to ensure that learning is not interrupted. The STEAMsport program model offers courses from elementary school level to post-secondary education.

We realize that STEAM programming and competitions are extremely costly and many of our families can’t afford to pay. This does not stop our mission of ensuring children from underserved communities have the same opportunities to explore the wonderful world of STEAM as families who have the ability to pay for such engagement.
